This hotel is a fully operational, four-star spa hotel located in the lovely settlement of Pamporovo resort, popular place for winter skiing and summer hiking. Only a kilometer away from the ski runs, the hotel is open all year round and features superior standard and some of the most modern facilities for holidaying, business conferences and private parties.

The six-floor modern building has a total of 78 rooms divided into 4 VIP suites, 14 luxury apartments and 60 double-rooms. All accommodation units are well-appointed and supplied with TV, telephone, mini bar, bathroom, room service and Internet connection. There are two restaurants seating jointly about 150 people, a lobby bar to provide comfort after a long day on the mountain and a night bar with capacity of 48 people. The holiday makers can further enjoy a bowling room with a bar, halls for Internet and snooker. For off-mountain recreation, the tourists will have access to one of the most advanced spa centers in the ski resort of Pamporovo that comes with a wide range of therapies and modern equipment (see the details below).

The total built area of the hotel complex is 8250 sq.m, built over an area of 2525 sq.m with adjacent land of 5000 sq.m.

The hotel was completely renovated in 2004/05 and the spa and bowling areas were expanded in 2005/06. After the renovation, the hotel has been awarded the highest level of energy efficiency certification and as such has been exempted from property taxes for the next ten years. In this current condition the hotel has been in operation for two seasons.

The hotel operates all year round and has achieved almost 100% occupancy during the high season (December through April), and approx. 40% occupancy during the low season (May through September). The hotel is offered for sale with contracts for full occupancy during the high season of 2007/08. Information on revenues and expenses for the period Dec 2005 – Feb 2007, as well as expert evaluation statements are available and will be presented to the potential investors.

The Hotel won two prizes, namely:
• Gold prize "The best four-star hotel attractive through its luxury and pleasant atmosphere" at the tourist exchange in Sofia – "Tourism and recreation-2006"
• Gold prize “Most dynamically developing hotel for 2006" of the 24th International tourist exchange "Holiday 2007" in Sofia.
