The Art - village Anel is located on the rocky picturesque shore of the Budzhaka peninsula. It extends to the south of Sozopol reaching Kavatsite camping and is characterized with its three capes making impressive notches deep into the Black Sea. The complex has a unique park with exotic tropical and subtropical vegetation, exhibiting spectacular sculptures by some of
the most famous Bulgarian masters such as Pavel Koichev, Emil Popov, Krum Damyanov, Ivan Slavov, Valentin Starchev, Vezhdi Rashidov and Velichko Minekov.
The complex is designed for a year-round use. In an area of approximately 20 000 sq.m
there are only 12 very exclusive houses, a park, a restaurant, bars, a barbecue, a conference hall, a tennis court (volleyball ground), fitness, SPA center, swimming pools, beaches, a boat
dock and a guarded parking lot.
The houses, are heated and hydro insulated and facing entirely south. Each has three floors and a basement. Only quality materials have been used in its construction. The roofs are made of copper sheets bent in diamond-shaped tiles. The lining is handmade of solid
granite (crushed) in combination with polished white limestone. The windows are made of aluminum 5-chamber construction Schüko. The glass sheets are semireflective, greenish and filled with argon.
Each floor has a large terrace with a perfect southern exposure and offering glamorous
views. The railings of balconies are made of special stainless steel (brushed). Exotic
plants surround the house on all sides. Stone-made flowerpot-shaped sculptures also add to the attractive outlook of the complex.
The flooring of the bathrooms and the common parts are made of Brazilian granite and wooden floors. The furniture consists of massive pieces with wood veneers of ebony, bamboo and oak. The wall linings are made of decorative plaster, bamboo wallpaper, woodwork and carved stone.
In case of emergency or a temporary electric blackout It has additional supplies of water (reservoir) and electricity power (diesel generator) for the entire village for a period
of 72 hours (three days). There is also an operating solar installation providing for central heating of hot water.
All the houses are independently airconditioned by a central air conditioning system, manufactured by Mitsubishi for both heating and cooling. The basements are additionally equipped with ventilation systems.
All the houses come with appliances such as cable TV, Internet and telephone. The house has 4 parking spots in close proximity and another two parking spots further away. Overall, the complex has parking places for all the houses. The complex has a unique park with
unmatchable tropical and subtropical vegetation spreading on an area of about 10 decares. The whole area is flush with green grass like a thick carpet stretching into the horizon.
Scattered on this carpeting are numerous sculptures by renowned Bulgarian artists, carefully selected and aesthetically exhibited throughout the complex, presenting an unforgettable
atmosphere. Curved paths with a total length of 500 meters lead to the most secluded places on the picturesque rocky coast towards the village. A panoramic walkway was built along the very rocky coast - ideal for relaxation.
The restaurant located next to the beach has two floors, which offer a stunning view. It has two outdoor terraces located on different levels and decorated with stone sculptures in the form of flowerpots, which also add to the attractive outlook of the complex. The restaurant offers a seafood cuisine as well as European cuisine. The complex has a pool bar at the very
swimming pool, a Hawaiian bar and a bar next to the conference room. The main barbecue is located in the restaurant, but lovers of nature can find another one in a small natural cave near the beach.
The complex has a soundproof conference room for up to 100 delegates. It also offers all the necessary equipment and services for a successful meeting. The hall is located
under the tennis court and is fully airconditioned and ventilated.
A key advantage of the complex is its own tennis court. The pavement is multifunctional (rubber) of the highest quality. The tennis court can be used also to play volleyball, football, etc. Also under the tennis court there is a fully equipped fitness center. The hall has an
autonomous air-conditioning and ventilation system. The modern SPA centre offers all the necessary amenities such as saunas, steam room, cold room, swimming pool, massages, mud, beauty procedures, etc. The SPA centre has separate bathrooms and toilets, showers and changing rooms.
The complex has three outdoor pools. One of them is located next to the restaurant, which has a pool bar and offers unique entertainment such as a three-level waterfall - a work of art, made by Bulgarian sculptors, mini waterfall made of a piece of granite, Jacuzzi with whirlpool jets with separately nozzles with different strength, air geyser, hydro-massage bed filled with seawater. The swimming pool has the shape of "kidney" with an area of 430 m2, average
depth of 1.4 meters and length of 26 meters. It is suitable for swimming and relaxation.
Next to it there is a colorful children's swimming pool, circular and full of attractions, like a waterfall, and jet nozzles. It spreads over and area of 30 m2 with an average depth of 0.5 meters.
The complex has several types of beaches for sunbathing. Seemingly lost between the Christ Cape and the rocky beach there is a picturesque beach with natural evergreen grass. The bay is unique with its beautiful natural view. For seekers of excitement and entertainment the area offers sea jumps from a height of 3.50, 4.70 and 8.0 meters, jet skiing, diving – you will find unique underwater scenery. The bay is suitable for swimming in calm seas.
Next to both swimming pools there is the three-level beach area offering with loungers and parasols. Nearby there is a bathroom and toilet, changing rooms and sauna. The grass beach stretches for approximately 200 m2 and creates a slightly different feeling. There is also a sand beach and not to forget the rugged coastline around the natural pool.
Within the complex, near the beach, there is a dock to anchor yachts and jets. For the needs of guests and homeowners there is a small, 12-seat speedboat yacht for Black Sea cruises.
Within the complex there are guarded parking spots for all the houses. Entering and leaving the complex is enabled via access control and 24/7 security, including CCTVs.
Furthermore, homeowners and guests are offered the following services:
