The BEACH HOUSE is approximately 396 square feet with soaring ceilings, a large bar with enough room for 8/10 bar stools. A permanent pressure treated deck surrounds the beach house on 2 sides and is approximately 511 square feet. There are 2 full sized picnic tables on the deck, and room for two more. There is a separate dining room table, sofa/sleeper and 2 lounge chairs. We sometimes use that area for overnight guests. Permanent shelves provide water sport storage, and are high enough not to interfere with the living area or views. A stove, refrigerator and microwave oven complete the inside area. There is also an outside grill and custom table. The many windows and doors are insulated glass which can be opened in nice weather. There is public water, separate hot water heater and cable. There is a separate 100 amp electric service…. and just in case the electric goes out a generator hook-up. There is a hot water, OUTDOOR SHOWER.
